Nicky Whelan
Nicky Whelan has been an Australian model, actor as well as a television host since May 10, 1981. The actress gained prominence in Australia because of her character Pepper Steiger, which she performed for over 100 hours on the soap opera Australian Neighbors between 2006 between 2006 and 2007. Her debut project that she worked on in Hollywood was a choral comedy called Hollywood & Wine, where she played a young actress, who was first-time in Hollywood. She then landed a role as Maya, a very seductive medical student, in Scrubs the ninth season. The series was suddenly halted. In the next few years, the actress will remain involved in an episode of the Farrelly brothers' show Good for filming, starring Jason Sudeikis Owen Wilson. In 2013, she landed her first role that was more publicized in six episodes of the show detective Franklin and Bash and her debut role as a permanent character in Chosen in Chosen with Milo Ventimiglia. In the first two series she is also the answer to Chad Michael Murray. In the following seasons, she was in supporting roles in two feature films which focused on planes. The first was a television film produced by SyFy's Flight 7500 that featured actors from television shows. Another film was Le Chaos with Nicolas Cage. She is a flight attendant. She is the face of the new show on TV, Matador, alongside Gabriel Luna. It is a 13-episode season, but the Robert Rodriguez directed thriller where actors play CIA agents has only been produced for a short time. The pilot she has for her new show, however, doesn't work out. She released the trailer for the B-Series romantic Borrowed Moments in 2015 with Brian Krause, then appeared as Kevin Hart's co-stars on the comedy Witness for Rent. Additionally, she was one of the many production of the experimental Knight of Cups by Terrence Malick. In addition, she is featured in five episodes of Satisfaction.
